The crystal clear waters of the Trinity River offer one of the best rafting runs in Northern California. Surfing waves, big drops, challenging class 3 rapids. Nothing beats jumping in one of the Trinity River’s deep blue pools on a hot summer day.
This is an excellent run for river rafts and inflatable kayaks! It makes for a great family trip.
The Trinity River is the Klamath River’s largest tributary. It is part of the National Wild and Scenic Rivers system. Local native Americans call it “the Hoopa”. The Trinity River is bordered by the Trinity Alps Wilderness, lakes, streams, camping and the historical town of Weaverville. It is a great vacation destination.
